Income, Caste, or Domicile Certificate

To apply for an Income, Caste, or Domicile certificate in Delhi, you must use the official e-District Delhi Portal. The Department of Revenue, Government of NCT of Delhi, provides these citizen-centric services entirely online.

General Step-by-Step Application Process

Registration / Login:Visit the official e-District Delhi Homepage.If you are a first-time user, click on "New User" and register using your Aadhaar Card or Voter ID Card.If already registered, click "Registered Users Login" and log in with your credentials.

Select the Service:Go to the "Apply Online" section and click on "Apply for Services".Scroll down to find the Revenue Department services.

Fill & Upload:Select your desired certificate (Income, Caste, or Domicile).Fill out the form fields accurately.Upload scanned copies of the required documents and a self-declaration form.

Final Submission: Submit the form and download the generated acknowledgement receipt. Note down your unique Application Number to track the status later.

Mandatory Documentation

Individual Applicants

Proof of Identity (POI): Aadhaar Card, Passport, Voter ID, or Driving Licence.
Proof of Address (POA): Utility bills (Electricity/Water less than 3 months old), Bank statements, or Aadhaar.
Proof of Date of Birth (DOB): Matriculation certificate, Birth Certificate, or Aadhaar.
