e-Shram and Ayushman Card

The e-Shram Card and the Ayushman Card are two distinct welfare initiatives launched by the Government of India, but they work together to support workers in the unorganized sector. The e-Shram Portal acts as a centralized database that links registered workers to essential social security benefits, including healthcare coverage under the Ayushman Bharat scheme.

Mandatory Documentation

Individual Applicants

Proof of Identity (POI): Aadhaar Card, Passport, Voter ID, or Driving Licence.
Proof of Address (POA): Utility bills (Electricity/Water less than 3 months old), Bank statements, or Aadhaar.
Proof of Date of Birth (DOB): Matriculation certificate, Birth Certificate, or Aadhaar.
