The official platform for Indian passport services is the Passport Seva Portal. Run by the Ministry of External Affairs, it manages everything from fresh applications to renewals.

Police Clearance Certificate (PCC): Apply for mandatory background checks.

Mandatory Documentation

Individual Applicants

Proof of Identity (POI): Aadhaar Card, Passport, Voter ID, or Driving Licence.
Proof of Address (POA): Utility bills (Electricity/Water less than 3 months old), Bank statements, or Aadhaar.
Proof of Date of Birth (DOB): Matriculation certificate, Birth Certificate, or Aadhaar.
